Hit the Ball in Front
Hitting the ball too far in front of the body isolates the hands from the rest of the body, and causes injury to the entire arm, eventually. Control and efficient power is also lost because the body segments are not operating within the body’s natural perimeters. The bones are not able to sit in a natural position and the resulting shape prevents the muscles to over-lap and co-operate with their neighbours.
